Owner  Dan "Fuzz" Byrne
Started Making pizza in New York back in 1975 while still in High School When he moved to Vermont and became the Chef at Caseys Caboose in 1981. A decade later after becoming the Corperate Chef and Food Buyer for Killington's Best  we started making Pizza In the Outback in 1991 in the area's only wood fired brick oven. 25 years later The Outback sadly closed . In SPRING of  2015.  He Partnered up with the the buildings  owner Ron Viccari and Since opened the completely renevated,  The New Outback Pizza. Now family owned and operated with Chef Erin Byrne and manager Collin Byrne.

We will be keeping the same traditions of the original Outback Pizza of 1991. With a new look and better atmosphere. New menu items available. Also bringing back original recipes and traditional favorites.
